Like you want it

We'd had a terrific afternoon and evening, but after being with a couple dozen people for a few hours, my head was pounding horribly. He cradled me in his arms as we talked about the evening, and it felt good. Stupid head. It was bound to keep me from fully enjoying my Saturday night.

"Kiss me," he told me.

I delivered him a perfunctory peck.

"Like you want it!" he insisted.

I collapsed into giggles at my husband's insistence I kiss him like I wanted it, my amused lips curved against his rather than pressed longingly.

"Not like you're tickled," he managed to say, more or less sternly, through his own laughter, "like you want it!"

  1. Oh my gawd. My husband (Master) and I have this exact same conversation (almost on a daily basis, since I am a complete brat)except he says "like you mean it!" in that big, bad, deep, growly Master voice... *shivers*
New lurker/reader, I know this is an old post, but when I read it and busted out laughing, which prompted my hubby to ask why I was falling out of my chair, I knew I had to comment.
Love your blog, consider me a new perma-lurker!!

    1. Thank you! I was so disappointed when no one ever commented on this one; I thought it was adorable. (but then, we often think we're adorable when no one else does, right?)

So pleased to have you around, and glad you're enjoying! :)

PS: Don't ever hesitate to comment on an old post of mine. I still wrote it, I still love feedback. :)
